| 1. | Referrers are entitled to claim a £25 when recommended friends purchase services with a value of £50 to £100.00. |
| 2. | Referrers are entitled to claim a £50 when recommended friends purchase services with a value of £100.01 to £200.00. |
| 3. | Referrers are entitled to claim a £75 when recommended friends purchase services with a value of £200.01 to £300.00. |
| 4. | Referrers are entitled to claim a £100 when recommended friends purchase services totalling a minimum of £300.01. |
| 5. | Vouchers will be presented once the recommended friend has ordered and paid for their services. |
| 6. | Permission must be gained from the friend before they are recommended by the referrer. |
| 7. | Friends can only be recommended once but there is no limit to the number of people that can be recommended. |
| 8. | The referrer must recommend a friend from a different company to qualify for the vouchers. |
| 9. | Companies and individuals Tochin have previously and currently conduct business with cannot be recommended as friends. |
| 10. | Friends must be recommended using the online form provided for referrers to be eligible to receive the vouchers. |
| 11. | Referrers must currently be a client of Tochin's or work at a company that is a client of Tochin's. Tochin are not responsible for internal policies that may affect employees gaining individual credit for recommendations or for how the vouchers rewarded are used. Vouchers will be awarded to an individual referrer only, not a company or multiple individuals. |
| 12. | Tochin employees, trade clients and agents are exempt from this offer. |
| 13. | There is no Tochin discount or cash alternative to the vouchers. |
| 14. | Tochin reserve the right to substitute or withdraw this offer at any time. Tochin also reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for this offer without prior notice. |
| 15. | If any of the above terms and conditions are not met Tochin will inform the referrer and the recommendation will be considered void. |
