Prisma are a longstanding client with Tochin offering leadership development and training around the globe. They approached Tochin a number of years ago for a complete brand identity whereupon a logo was developed along with similarly styled stationery that focused on the structural strength of a triangle and tied in with Prisma’s philosophies. At the same time an informational website was designed outlining Prisma’s ethics and working practices.
This website went live in 2007 so understandably Prisma felt that by 2011 it was starting to look a little plain and dated. Tochin were therefore commissioned to redesign the site using the same branding but expanding the colour spectrum and focusing more specifically on visitor interactivity and a low level of social media. Part of the site still remains dedicated to Prisma’s principles but now also provides visitors with better access to important, up-to-date information.
Visitors can either leave public comments in the blog area with the potential for inflaming passionate debates on leadership or for more personal comments and queries can ask a ‘quickfire question’, which will be received privately by Prisma. Prisma themselves have unlimited access to a content management system anywhere in the world, which allows for easy article creation on the latest discussion points and other interesting information on leadership techniques or case studies.
